White Stick V2

where the hell is V1???
back when I first made the original white stick, I only made 2
one of them was mine, and the other went to my dear hunny nine~
at the moment, I don't have a fully completed V1, just the body
fun fact, the opt cap segments on my personal V2 are from my V1, just trimmed to size
unfortunately, my original white stick marker bodies got knee'd. . . by me.
there aren't too many photos of the original V1, but some of my earlier twitter posts included it
the first ever photo is the post "Sunbeam" on my twitter
yes, that's the official secret name, but I knew it wouldn't catch on like white stick
even if the current naming is dishonest to its true nature, you must admit, my marketing is fantastic
it features a white center grip (3 stripes g2), although I preferred a blue center at the time
going back to earlier, I got some feedback from nine after I'd sent it to him
he said the overall feeling was nice, but it had too much center weight
I also thought it was a bit too heavy overall, and the graphgear made it slightly more expensive than I'd like
I changed up the distributions and cut the cost by a bunch with some simple changes
shortened the caps and used the opt tips to cut costs and draw the distribution outwards
it uses less silicone grip as well, which not only helps cost, but makes wipers easier as the lack of shaping (like tenga) on the grip doesn't work well at greater lengths
although the center segment lengthened, I replaced the grip with a marker segment and changed the connector to something lighter, cheaper, and more utile
I do sometimes wish I had a sliver of extra grip in the center of V2 to help with top-spins, but I enjoy the neutral and smooth spin feel
the distention of the center g2, and the lighter grip the dry rubber provided definitely helped with centering during topspins
but yeah, ever since V2 came about, V1 has been gone with the wind
only a few people probably own a V1 at this point

White Stick V1 (aka sunbeam)

what's the deal with all these sticks???
back when I first made V2, I was in a pretty rapid development period
I was also quite entrenched in the discord community (as I still am)
both of these combined, as well as the funny name I gave it, worked to advertise the mod pretty well
I know it seems a bit strange and vain to mention "marketing" and "advertisement" in relation to my mod, but there's a reason
reason 1: c'mon, it's like, kinda funny talking about it this way
reason 2: one of my secret shadow goals was to make a mod that was made by other people
although I will say, shamelessly shilling my mod up until this point worked way better than I ever expected
it's a mid-high level mod reccomendation in certain spaces, and there are even global spinners who've made it
I'm pretty proud of that, so you can suck my big fat balls if you think ill of it (ily)
now, back to the point; there was a specific time in which there was some decent hype surrounding the mod
I hadn't made a tutorial yet, and some of the parts are tough to get outside the US, but people wanted a white stick
what do I do? I make them. simple as.
compared to a lot of other spinners, I have more time and financial power
using both I set up THE BLOOD PACT
the blood pact was simply a program for ~5 people originally, but expanded to 7
I'd make and ship people a white stick, covering both cost and shipping
I haven't gotten them all out just yet, but hey, they get a free mod
that's the origin of the below image, just a bunch of mods made for others
